 As required by the platform, we provide the following information regarding returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that due to logistical constraints, we are unable to offer return services.

Basic Return and Refund Policy
Once your purchase is completed, ownership of the item transfers to you, and you may choose to keep or use the product as you see fit.

In general, we do not offer refunds. However, if the product has a verifiable quality issue, we will provide a refund without requiring the item to be returned.

Refund Conditions
To verify the quality issue, you are required to provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the product's condition upon receipt, including any defects or problems. Additionally, refund requests for quality issues must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

To request a refund, please email support@nailinism.com with:
  • Subject line: "Product Issue - Major Defect"
  • Your order reference number
  • An unboxing video (required to verify the defect)

Once the issue is confirmed as valid, we will notify you at once. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
